Alyx
Alyx champions female value in tech. We recruit highly educated women with no tech background and train them in our Alyx Program to become tech professionals. However, our curriculum goes beyond just tech skills; there is a special focus on mentorship led by senior women in the industry. This mentorship equips our Alyx Trainees with the skills of change agents, enabling them to drive the cultural shift that the industry desperately needs. Since our launch in 2022, we have helped 40 female tech talents kickstart their careers in tech at nine of our partner companies.

Klapstoel Academy
Klapstoel Academy is a sanctuary for the female leaders of tomorrow. We connect young, ambitious female talents with senior role models across various industries for impactful conversations and actionable career advice. Our programs bridge 'heart and head' topics relevant to young women’s careers with the wisdom of experienced career women. Each program is tailored for a select group of young women. Since our launch in 2021, we have collaborated with over 100 young female professionals and more than 20 senior career women to change the world—one woman at a time.

codeGorilla
codeGorilla champions a-typical talent in tech. We specialize in empowering those distanced from the labor market by retraining them in tech in our codeGorilla program. codeGorilla Trainees learn impactful technical skills and receive extensive guidance from job coaches to ensure the success of each placement for our talents and their partner companies. Our focus is on creating sustainable jobs for our atypical talents using SROI quotas, with the goal of fostering a tech world that truly represents society. Since our launch in 2017, we have helped over 300 atypical talents land jobs in tech.
